This notice explains what happens to the information you share with Milestone Studio ("we", "us") through milestonestudio.se, a graphic design and advertising studio based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What we collect, and how

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, business or organization name, what you need help with, your preferred language, and your project message.

This site has no server of its own to receive form submissions. Pressing "Send Request" opens your own email application with that information already filled in as a message addressed to info@milestonestudio.se. Nothing is sent to us, or stored anywhere, unless you then actually send that email yourself from your own device.

Why we use it

Solely to read and respond to your enquiry to understand what you're asking for and get back to you about it. We don't use it for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to answer you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that working relationship. Once an enquiry is closed and there's no ongoing reason to keep it, we delete it.

Who we share it with

No one. We don't sell, rent, or share the information you send us with any third party.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is logged or profiled.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to:

tell you what personal data of yours we hold, if any;
correct anything that's inaccurate;
delete an enquiry you've sent us;
tell you more about how a specific request was handled.

To exercise any of these, email info@milestonestudio.se. You can also lodge a complaint with Sweden's data protection authority, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), if you believe your data has been mishandled.
